Service fees are communicated before commencement of work. Work begins only after confirmation of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay and are subject to their platform terms.

We do not store card or banking details on our servers. Payment processing is handled in accordance with Razorpay security standards and compliance policies.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on case complexity, information availability, and revisions requested by the client.

6. Revisions & Scope

Service fees include reasonable revisions limited to the original agreed scope. Additional revisions, new inputs, or structural changes may attract extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All drafts, research frameworks, templates and report formats prepared by us remain our intellectual property. Final delivered documents are licensed for the client’s official submission and usage only and may not be resold or republished.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our role is limited to documentation support. We shall not be liable for:

• Rejections resulting from client-provided information
• Policy changes or government procedural variations

9. Refunds & Cancellation

Work once initiated or delivered — whether partially or fully — is generally non-refundable, as our services involve time-based professional effort. Refunds, where applicable, may be considered only at management discretion.
